Currently looking for and 3rd and 4th Year Landscapers (Construction) to join our team.
Please apply if you have:
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to delegate and assign tasks, be results driven and complete assigned projects within a designated timeline
- OH&S; knowledge with the drive to maintain safe working practices
- Ability to interpret landscape plans, set out sites, determine levels etc
- Good organisation and communication skills with staff, managing trades & suppliers
- Great work ethic, ability to successfully lead and motivate a team of staff
- An eye for detail and pride in workmanship with solid honesty and self-motivation as a team player
- Current drivers license, own vehicle and associated construction safety tickets ie. truck and machine tickets are required
- Experience in Machinery operation and proven competency in all levels of softscape and hardscape including paving, retaining walls, drainage, concrete, irrigation, lighting and more.
- Wages compenserate with experience.
