The Red Door Corner Store is a destination breakfast, lunch and coffee spot located just off High Street in Northcote. We are looking for a candidate with some experience in making specialty and high-volume coffee, who is a excellent team player and can meaningfully contribute to our stakeholders.

The position would best suit an individual who has some coffee experience and is looking to take it further in a supportive and skilled environment.

The successful candidate must:

- Be available on weekends;
- Have some experience or an interest in the specialty coffee scene;
- Have an understanding of or interest in filter coffee and tea brewing;
- Be able to take on various roles behind the bar;
- Be a team player, humble, willing to learn;
- Demonstrate initiative and interest in various parts of the cafe; and
- Be customer-oriented.

The role is full-time and day hours. Suitable individuals interested in part-time and casual work may be considered.
