About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Technology Governance Manager to lead the development and governance of enterprise technology frameworks, ensuring technology investments, architecture, and risk management practices align with organisational objectives. Working in a complex and highly regulated setting, you will play a key role in shaping technology strategy, governance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do
You will lead technology governance, risk, and compliance activities, develop and maintain IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks, and oversee audit, assurance, and compliance programs. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to support strategic decision-making, strengthen governance practices, manage business continuity and disaster recovery planning, and ensure technology services remain secure, effective, and fit for purpose.

What You Bring
You bring demonstrated experience in technology governance, policy development, risk management, compliance,



and IT service delivery. You have a strong understanding of governance and security frameworks, along with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence outcomes across diverse teams. Exposure to enterprise architecture principles or frameworks would be advantageous but is not essential.
