About You Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

Completion of a Graduate Nurse Program or equivalent Desirable, 12 months experience in a Emergency department. Knowledge and skills to develop and document a plan of care that reflects the identified needs of the patient, with co ordinating safe effective and efficient discharge planning or transfer. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to person-centred care, cultural safety, and ongoing career development. Why join MLHD?
