Ranco Motors pty ltd Key Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting prospective customers through referrals, networking and other sales channels. Build and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers. Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable Mercedes-Benz vehicles, accessories and related products.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles, product specifications, features, technology and competitor offerings. Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and finance options, and complete sales contracts and vehicle orders.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure customers receive a professional handover experience. Liaise with the finance, service and parts departments to ensure seamless customer service. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide ongoing after-sales support to resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities and provide feedback to management. Maintain accurate customer records,
prepare sales reports and record business expenses in accordance with dealership procedures. Represent the dealership at promotional events, community activities and marketing campaigns where required.
Essential Requirements Previous 1-3 years experience in automotive sales, technical sales or a customer-focused sales role. Relevant qualification Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
