We are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Officers to join the team on an Initial 3-month contract, commencing on the 10th August 2026, based in Parramatta Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, providing information, and delivering a high standard of service. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound customer enquiries
Resolving customer issues and providing first-call resolution where possible Managing customer requests and follow-up actions Maintaining accurate records and notes
Working to service and quality targets Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment What you'll need to succeed
Previous customer service or contact centre experience Financial services, banking or superannuation experience highly regarded Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced setting Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply
What you'll get in return $36.80 per hour + super 3-month contract commencing 10 August 2026
