Please include Reference: J1718-Workforce in the Subject Line and email all applications and CV to *****@jobsource.net.au Summary Our client, Five Stooges Pty Ltd trading as La Trattoria Restaurant & Pizza Bar, is seeking to employ an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its established Adelaide restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing staff, coordinating front and back-of-house operations, monitoring financial performance and supporting the continued profitability of the business.

The role will also ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing and Work Health and Safety requirements. The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Plan, organise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure productive and high-quality service.
- Manage restaurant staff, including recruitment, induction, training, supervision and performance management.
- Prepare staff rosters and allocate duties to ensure adequate staffing during trading hours.
- Monitor customer service standards and promptly resolve customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
- Coordinate with the Chef to plan menus,



seasonal specials and promotional activities while maintaining food quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate the ordering of food, beverages and restaurant supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Control operational costs, monitor sales performance and assist in achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, liquor licensing requirements, workplace health and safety policies and company procedures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and service throughout the restaurant.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors and service providers to ensure the timely supply of goods and services.
- Monitor cash handling procedures, point-of-sale transactions and daily financial reconciliations.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and business growth.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to management to improve business performance.
- Foster a positive team environment and maintain strong working relationships between front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role:

- Preferably Minimum Diploma of Hospitality Management but not compulsory
- At least two year of relevant experience in hospitality management role.
