Position Overview: HYDAC Pty Ltd - HYDAC is a global provider of hydraulics, filtration and fluid technology solutions serving industrial sectors worldwide. As an ICT Business Analyst at HYDAC Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements and improving the digital systems that support engineering, sales, inventory, service and operational workflows. This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and the ability to translate operational needs into practical ICT solutions.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Work with users across engineering, sales, supply chain, service, finance and administration to formulate and document business and ICT requirements.
- Identify, investigate and analyse business processes, procedures and work practices supporting HYDAC's hydraulic, filtration and fluid technology operations.
- Identify system inefficiencies, deficiencies and limitations, and recommend improved business practices, system functionality and workflow behaviour.
- Apply project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop plans and assist with the costing, resourcing and delivery of ICT improvement projects.
- Develop functional specifications for system developers, technology vendors and integration partners.
- Use data and process modelling techniques to prepare clear system specifications for enterprise applications,



reporting tools and system integrations.
- Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including preparing and implementing system test plans to ensure acceptable quality, integrity and performance.
- Create user guides, process documentation and training materials, and deliver training to employees using new or updated systems.
- Act as a central reference point for ICT projects, providing guidance and information to support system proposals, priorities and decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews, maintain requirements traceability, and manage changes to agreed business and system requirements.
- Coordinate system upgrades, integrations and releases with internal teams and external providers, supporting user acceptance testing, rollout and issue resolution.
- Monitor post-implementation outcomes, analyse system performance and user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements to digital workflows and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an ICT Business Analyst
- Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Experience with process mapping, data modelling and functional specification development
- Ability to analyse and improve enterprise systems, integrations and reporting workflows
- Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, problem-solving and project coordination skills
