Job Description

Addlife Health Job Description Position: Occupational Therapist Location: Kalgoorlie (Primary) with outreach to Esperance and surrounding Goldfields communities Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time or Contractor (Flexible) As an Occupational Therapist at Addlife Health, you will manage a diverse and rewarding caseload across paediatric and adult services, delivering evidence-based, client-centred care within clinic, home, school, workplace and community settings. Your caseload may include: Paediatric occupational therapy Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) NDIS assessments and reports Assistive Technology assessments and recommendations Home modification assessments Neurodevelopmental conditions including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Intellectual Disability and Global Developmental Delay Adult neurological rehabilitation Functional rehabilitation for acquired neurological conditions Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments School visits and collaborative goal setting Sensory processing assessments and intervention Fine motor and handwriting development Upper limb rehabilitation and functional retraining Cognitive and executive functioning intervention Community access and participation programs Falls prevention and independence programs Equipment prescription and environmental modifications Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments. Complete Functional Capacity Assessments and high-quality NDIS reports.

Develop individualised treatment plans based on client goals. Deliver ongoing occupational therapy intervention for children and adults. Work collaboratively with families, carers, schools, support coordinators, employers and other health professionals.

Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.

Travel within the Goldfields and Esperance regions as required.



Promote evidence-based practice and continuous professional development. What we're looking for Bachelor or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current AHPRA Registration. Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).

National Police Clearance. Current Australian Driver's Licence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team. Experience with NDIS participants is desirable but not essential.
