ABOUT THE ROLE
- Manage a well-kept portfolio of around 130propertiesacross Perth.
- Portfolio is predominately current builds! Meaning there is less maintaince and routine inspections!
- Have support with Admin, Trust Accounting, Routine Inspections and PCR's.
- Day-to-day portfolio management where your passion for customer service and client carewill shine.
- Enjoy support from an experienced and skilled Head of Department and Licensee.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3years experienceas a Property Manager.
- CurrentProperty Management Registration & CPD points.
- Tech-savvy with Property Tree experience highly regarded.
- Professional presentation with outstanding communication skills.
- A people-person with a genuine desire to deliver thebest client experience.
- Able to manage tasks independently while still being a true team player.
