The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for one of the Partners at Long Saad Woodbridge Lawyers. They should be well-organised and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Partner's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the Partner with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Provide support to the Partner and their team in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of the Partner
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for the Partner
- Draft and process billing
- Print, file, scan and photo copy documents
- Liaise with accounts to pay invoices as required
- Telephone calls to/from barristers, solicitors and clients
- Preparing briefs
- Indexing and management of client disclosure and court documents
- Filling and file management both physical and electronic
- Assist with maintaining and updating precedents
- Provide support to 4-5 solicitors and the wider team as needed
- Setting up conferences
- Document management and formatting documents
- Provide basic IT support and elevate as necessary
- Any othe duties as required from time to time
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an Executive Assistant/Legal Secretary role
