This is a senior leadership role within residential mental health services.
You’ll lead a group of programs supporting people with complex needs across step-up, step-down and longer-term residential settings. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight and close coordination with clinical services.

The Role
You will:
- Lead residential mental health programs across multiple settings
- Manage and support Coordinators and frontline teams
- Work closely with clinical services and external stakeholders
- Oversee staffing, rostering, risk and service delivery
- Contribute to improving how services operate over time
About You
We’re looking for someone who has experience within mental health services, ideally in residential or community-based settings.
You’ll bring:
- Experience leading teams in a shift-based or 24/7 workplace
- Strong understanding of recovery-oriented and trauma-informed practice
- Confidence working alongside clinical or multidisciplinary teams
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a complex setting
If your experience sits outside of mental health service delivery, this role is unlikely to be a fit.
