As a Project Manager for the Aspire team, you will be responsible for managing small-to-medium commercial construction projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to Aspire’s high-quality standards. Your ability to coordinate trades, solve problems proactively,



and maintain strong relationships will be essential to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate will bring a trade-based background (carpentry preferred) and proven experience delivering commercial construction projects in a hands-on capacity. You will be confident managing timelines, budgets, procurement, and site activities, with strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience transitioning from Site Supervisor or Site Manager roles into project management will be highly regarded, along with a practical understanding of procurement, contracts, and construction financials.
