- Develop and deliver engaging training in English language teaching, cultural awareness and volunteer facilitation.
- Coach and encourage church volunteers, helping them build confidence and capability.
- Support Anglican churches to engage effectively with culturally diverse communities.
- Build collaborative relationships with parishes, community organisations and internal stakeholders.
- Develop practical resources that support volunteers.
- Monitor program outcomes, maintain accurate reporting and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Promote Anglicare's Community and Mission services within churches and the wider community.

What you'll bring You're a relationship builder who enjoys equipping others to make a positive impact. You bring cultural awareness, excellent communication skills and a heart for supporting churches as they serve their local communities. Most importantly, you'll share Anglicare's Christian values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion and Excellence. You will also bring:

- Postgraduate qualification in TESOL or another adult education discipline.
- Current NSW Driver Licence.
- At least three years' experience teaching English
- Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends (time in lieu provided).

It would be great if you also have:

- Experience leading volunteers within a church, ministry or community organisation.
- Experience designing training resources or facilitating community education programs.
- Strong understanding of multicultural ministry and community engagement.
- A personal Christian faith and passion for supporting local churches in mission.
