Reporting directly to the CEO, this newly created executive role has been established to build the operational structure required to support the company's continued expansion. It's an opportunity to shape how the business operates, develop high-performing teams, and create the systems and processes that will underpin long-term growth.

About the Role
You will have responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the company's operational functions, ensuring our manufacturing business is efficient, scalable and positioned for future growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading manufacturing operations and operational strategy
- Supply chain, procurement and inventory management
- Production planning and operational scheduling
- Warehouse and logistics oversight
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Developing operational KPIs, reporting and business performance metrics
- Building and mentoring operational leaders and teams
- Budget ownership and operational cost management
- Cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Compliance, Sales and Marketing and Finance
- Delivering strategic projects that support business growth
As Head of Operations, you'll work closely with the CEO, allowing them to focus on strategic growth while you build an operational framework capable of supporting a larger organisation.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building businesses, not simply maintaining them.
You’ll bring:
- Proven senior leadership experience within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare or other highly regulated industries
- Strong operational and commercial acumen
- Experience leading supply chain, production and logistics functions
- A track record of implementing systems, improving efficiency and driving operational excellence
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to make decisions, challenge constructively and deliver results
- A hands-on approach with the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
