We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team and support the delivery of diverse and challenging projects.

The Role

You will be responsible for estimating new opportunities, managing multiple projects, and ensuring seamless coordination between clients, suppliers, site teams, and internal staff. This position requires strong communication skills, technical capability, and the ability to oversee projects from tender through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, site teams, and internal office staff.

Estimate commercial and residential roofing and cladding projects.

Use computer‑based estimating tools and software confidently.

Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Procure all materials and ensure best pricing practices to maximise profitability.

Liaise with clients on roofing design, specifications, and expected outcomes.





Ensure compliance with SWMS, company policies, and industry regulations

Manage client correspondence through online platforms such as Procore.

Work closely with site supervisors to clarify drawing details and provide technical support.

Collaborate with client engineers and design teams to resolve design issues.

Check and approve supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.

Coordinate with internal office staff to support efficient project delivery.

About You

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in roofing, cladding, construction, or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficient with estimating software and general computer applications.

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high‑quality outcomes.
