We're seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Platform Software Engineer to join a high-performing team delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions within a secure Federal Government environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop modern SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React and TypeScript
- Build Microsoft Teams applications, bots and integrations
- Develop automation and integrations using Microsoft Graph API
- Configure and enhance enterprise Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms
- Implement security, compliance and governance across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Develop PowerShell automation for administration and operational efficiency
- Provide L2/L3 support for complex platform issues
- Mentor team members and contribute to platform best practices

About You
- 5+ years' experience designing and developing Microsoft 365 solutions
- Strong SharePoint Online and SPFx development experience
- Experience building Microsoft Teams applications and integrations
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Graph API and automation
- Experience with Microsoft 365 security, compliance and identity services
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to mentor others and work collaboratively across technical teams
