THE ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, Ellipse, you'll take ownership of project delivery, programme, cost, design, approvals and stakeholder outcomes across our active residential projects, spanning planning, construction, presales and settlement.

Working within an integrated developer-builder model, you'll have direct exposure to senior management, JV partners and key decision-makers, with genuine scope to influence outcomes and contribute to how the platform grows from here.

Please note: we're open to considering candidates at either Development Manager or Senior Development Manager level. Title, scope and remuneration will be tailored to suit the experience and capability of the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing project delivery across programme, cost, design and approvals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with consultants, JV partners, senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Driving project decision-making and making proactive recommendations to keep projects on track.
- Overseeing project reporting and clear written communication across all stages of delivery.
- Contributing to both current projects and the future development pipeline.
- Operating effectively within a fast-moving,



evolving business environment.

ABOUT YOU

You're an experienced development professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving complex challenges and driving outcomes across multiple stages of a project's lifecycle. You combine strong commercial and programme management capability with excellent stakeholder and communication skills.

You'll also bring:

- Experience across multiple stages of the property development lifecycle.
- Strong project leadership, programme management and commercial capability.
- The ability to manage consultants, approvals and complex stakeholder relationships.
- A practical understanding of design, construction and project delivery.
- Transparent written communication and project reporting skills.A proactive approach, with the confidence to make recommendations and drive decisions.
- Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving and evolving business environment.

We're open to either a strong Development Manager ready to take the next step, or an experienced Senior Development Manager who can independently lead projects and senior stakeholder relationships.
