LIFE AS A GROUP CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE

- Working within Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charter
- Build and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with operators
- Assist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to date
- Manage charter requests from clients in a timely manner
- Manage and communicate all booking changes as required
- Create flight briefs and post flight reports
- Ensure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelines
- Manage client and supplier invoicing requirements
- Adhoc reporting requested by clients
- Domestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operators
- Assisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to time
- The role requires versatile working hours. From time to time you may be required to work outside of standard business hours
