This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded litigator looking for flexibility, autonomy and the chance to develop a niche expertise in a high-demand area of commercial disputes.

The role

Working as part of a specialist litigation team, you'll advise clients across matters including:

- Commercial debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
- Bankruptcy and insolvency-related matters
- Winding up applications
- Commercial disputes and litigation
- Strata and body corporate-related disputes
- General commercial advisory matters

You'll manage a range of matters from straightforward recovery claims through to more complex disputes, while developing strong technical skills, client relationships and commercial judgement.

About you

You'll ideally have:

- Pre or post-admission experience in Commercial Litigation, Commercial Law, Debt Recovery, Insolvency or a related area




- Experience with debt recovery, enforcement, bankruptcy or winding up matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- A practical and commercially focused approach to resolving disputes
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Confidence working remotely while remaining connected with a collaborative legal team
- A genuine interest in developing expertise within a specialist litigation practice

Candidates with backgrounds in litigation, insolvency, property, construction, body corporate disputes or general commercial law are encouraged to apply.
