18 weeks paid parental leave and purchased leave options **Innovate & Make an Impact** + Be empowered to challenge assumptions and develop creative solutions to complex engineering problems + Work on a rapidly evolving platform where your ideas can influence future capability outcomes + Join a team that values curiosity, innovation and continuous improvement **Key Responsibilities** + Review, assess and interpret incoming technical information from a range of stakeholders, including design authorities, regulators, operators and support organisations. + Respond to engineering queries and Requests for Engineering Support (RES) from maintenance teams. + Investigate technical issues, defects and system performance concerns, developing practical and compliant engineering solutions. + Support continuing airworthiness activities, including compliance tracking, defect investigations and technical publication updates. + Develop and coordinate engineering change documentation, including Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Engineering Orders, Modification Orders and Technical Orders. + Contribute to maintaining platform configuration, technical data integrity and operational publications. + Identify technical risks and support risk mitigation activities in accordance with company processes.
