ensuring a seamless transition into ongoing operations. **What You Will Need** **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. + Minimum 6 years of project or program management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives. + Minimum 3 years of experience managing project budgets, resource planning, risk management, and project governance. + Experience leading projects through all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. **Preferred Qualifications** + Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field. + Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. + Experience within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries. + Experience leading regional or multinational projects involving multiple stakeholder groups.
