About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers to join our client's team on a major precast concrete project in the Shoalhaven Area.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a large-scale project running through to December 2026, manufacturing up to 900 precast tilt panels. You'll be joining an experienced team working in a safe, well-organised environment where quality workmanship and teamwork are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

- Finish and smooth precast concrete tilt panels to a high standard
- Screed and level wet concrete
- Operate hand and power trowels
- Shape, edge and prepare concrete surfaces




- Work safely within a production and manufacturing workplace
- Maintain quality standards and follow site procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in concrete finishing or precast concrete
- Experience using screeds and power trowels
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety

Requirements

- Current White Card
- Previous concrete finishing experience
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
