About the Role
We are seeking a poised and emotionally intelligent Store Manager to guide a high-performing showroom environment. This is a hands-on mangement role where you will drive sales performance, coach and develop your team and oversee daily operations while ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from appointment through to final fitting.
Working within a premium consultative retail environment, you will steer from the front and create a positive, supportive and passionate culture.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in consultative or premium retail sales
- Strong direction and team development capability
- Ability to work towards and exceed KPI targets
- Highly organised with strong operational skills
- High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
- Passion for customer experience and relationship building
- Backgrounds in bridal, jewellery, premium fashion or 1:1 selling highly regarded
