About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy retail location at Brisbane Domestic Airport. Managing a team of 10-15 staff, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading and developing your team, maintaining operational standards and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a fast-moving environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring the store consistently achieves both operational and commercial success.

Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a Store Manager or senior retail leadership role
- Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate retail teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience managing store performance, KPIs and daily operations
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Stock control and inventory management experience preferred
- High attention to detail and visual presentation standards
- Flexible and adaptable approach to retail trading hours
