Core Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed new vehicle sales targets while maximizing profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I;) Department to maximize finance penetration and value-added product sales. Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity. Ensure compliance with dealership processes and standards of professionalism.
