The Shire of Waroona is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Advisor to provide specialist engineering advice and technical support to our Infrastructure Services team. This flexible part-time position is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving problems, mentoring others and contributing to meaningful community outcomes without the demands of a full-time operational role.

Whether you're approaching retirement, semi-retired, or simply looking for a role with fewer hours and greater flexibility, we'd love to hear from you. Rather than managing large teams or spending every day on site, you'll use your expertise to help shape the future of our roads, bridges and civil infrastructure.

Working closely with the Executive Manager Infrastructure Services, you'll provide trusted technical advice across civil infrastructure, capital works, asset management, project planning,



engineering assessments, design reviews, and development-related engineering matters.
