Job summary (key priorities)

This role provides management, operational leadership planning and direction to the team responsible for preparing long service leave claims. The role is also responsible for the communications and engagement function and as part of the Leadership Team,



contributes to setting the strategic direction for MyLeave.

Short summary

We are looking for an experienced people manager who can lead a busy operational team. This is an interesting role, which requires the applicant to understand how to deliver great customer service within a technical environment. Attention to detail is important, as the role approves financial transactions. If you enjoy a variety of tasks and enjoy a busy customer service environment, this role may be for you.
