We're looking for a professional, organised and people-focused Member Care Receptionist who genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional customer service. About the Role

As the first person our members and visitors meet, you'll set the tone for every interaction at Champions Gym.

You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming, organised and professional environment while supporting our members throughout their fitness journey. You'll work closely with our coaching and management teams to ensure every member receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships,



takes ownership of their work and understands that outstanding customer service is about creating genuine connections with people.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and visitors with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Manage enquiries by phone, email and in person.

- Assist with membership enquiries, new member sign-ups and account administration.

- Promote memberships, programs and services that best suit each member's goals.

- Maintain an organised, clean and professional reception area.

- Follow up member enquiries, payments and account requests promptly.

- Support member retention through proactive communication and exceptional service.

- Build genuine rapport with members and create a welcoming community atmosphere.

- Work collaboratively with coaches and management to deliver a seamless member experience.

- Assist with administrative duties and ensure efficient day-to-day front desk operations.

- Identify opportunities to improve the overall member experience.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you:

- Have previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or hospitality.
