We’re looking for a warm, confident and commercially minded person to join our front desk team in a casual sales and client care role.

This is a sales and customer care role.

That means you’ll be responsible for prospect nurturing, new membership sales, and supporting the retention of current members.

We listen well, understand what people need, and recommend the option that genuinely fits their goals, lifestyle, and situation.

The role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Front Desk Sales & Client Care Representative to join our team on a casual basis at our Mundaring studio.

In this role, you’ll:

- Create a warm, welcoming environment for clients

- Nurture new prospects and help them take their first step

- Support new membership sales and current member retention

- Consistently achieve sales and conversion targets

- Build rapport and help people feel comfortable asking questions

- Understand our current products, programs, pricing, and membership options

- Make thoughtful recommendations based on client needs, goals, attendance patterns, and lifestyle

- Support the overall client experience before and after classes

- Conduct studio tours

- Assist with studio cleanliness

- Occasionally support pop-up or marketing events in the community

- Help keep the studio running smoothly

This is not a role where you hide behind a desk.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys people, takes initiative, and understands that small moments of care can completely change someone’s experience.

- Are comfortable using computers and learning new software

- Are fluent in English and communicate clearly and intuitively

- Have flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

- Are interested in yoga, wellness, or helping people feel better in their bodies

The details

- Casual position

- Mundaring location

- Multiple morning and afternoon shifts available

- $34.96 per hour + penalty rates, superannuation, and commission opportunities

- Free unlimited yoga classes, valued at over $200/month

- Discounted merchandise and special events

Regular morning shifts include:

- 7:30am–10:45am

- 7:30am–12:15pm

Regular afternoon shifts include:

- 3:30pm–6:45pm

- 3:30pm–8:15pm

- 5:00pm–8:15pm

As this is a casual role, shifts are not static and may change depending on the needs of the business.

Required experience

- Minimum 3 years’ sales and/or retail experience

Desirable experience

- Experience using Momence, Google Workspace, and Help Scout

- A passion for the yoga/health industry

- Ability to personally speak to the benefits of what we offer our clients

Physical requirements

This role may involve some lifting, bending, and prolonged standing.

You’ll also need to be able to hear and see clients in a busy studio environment where multiple conversations may be happening at once.
