We are seeking adaptable and resilient customer service professionals who are available to work across a 24/7 roster, including overnight shifts and weekends.
Your new roleAs a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for a range of customer enquiries. Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will provide professional support, resolve issues efficiently and ensure an exceptional customer experience.Key responsibilities include:Managing a high volume of inbound callsProviding accurate information and advice to customersUpdating and maintaining records across multiple systemsEscalating complex enquiries when requiredMeeting service standards and performance targetsDelivering a professional and customer-focused experience at all times




What you'll need to succeedPrevious contact centre or high-volume customer service experienceStrong verbal communication and problem-solving skillsExcellent data entry and computer skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility to work overnight shifts (7:00pm – 7:00am) and weekendsAvailability to commence immediately
