HUGO BOSS Australia are seeking a passionate and talented full-time Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Harbour Town Outlet location.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager accross all aspects of store operations, customer service, clienteling and coaching and motivating team members.

Demonstrated ability to positively influence sales and profit resultFamiliarity with KPI's and how to drive these for ongoing successA genuine love for the fashion industry and enthusiasm to share your styling expertiseEffective communication skills with the ability to adapt style depending on the audience and situationLeadership and people management experience is desirableKnowledge and ability to roster teams to optimise productivityUnderstanding of profit and loss and the factors that can be influenced at store management level
