Doshii is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to own the platform's technical health, drive engineering standards, and reduce friction for engineers and partners. You’ll work across domain teams, identifying risks and driving lasting improvements, while shipping product and enabling others to be more effective.
In this role you’ll lead with credibility, influence without authority, and help shape architectural direction for the next 12–18 months in a hybrid Sydney/Melbourne workplace.
