TRS Resourcing is seeking experienced TIG Fabricators / Boilermakers for multiple long-term workshop opportunities across Melbourne's western and northern suburbs.
Working in modern fabrication workshops, you will manufacture precision stainless steel components from engineering drawings while maintaining exceptional quality and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities
- TIG welding and fabrication of stainless steel components
- Read and interpret engineering and workshop drawings
- Fabricate and assemble components to specification
- Maintain high-quality welding and fabrication standards
- Perform fitting, grinding, polishing and finishing work as required
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality requirements
- Work safely while maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative workshop team
To Be Successful, You Will Have
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker, Fabricator or Welder
- Proven TIG welding experience working with stainless steel
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workloads effectively
- Experience within manufacturing or workshop environments
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
