Who are we looking for

- A tertiary qualification inEngineering, Building Services, Facilities Management or a related discipline.

- Strong technical knowledge of HVACsystems, Capital Works projects.

- Demonstrated experience overseeing (PPM) programs

- Strong financial acumen, includingexperience with budgeting, forecasting, contract management and financialreporting.

- A sound understanding of riskmanagement, statutory compliance and Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)requirements.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experiencedSenior Engineering Manager to lead the strategic and operational management ofcommercial assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day buildingoperations and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) via FRC.

- Lead FM service delivery across anational portfolio, ensuring compliance and quality.

- Provide strategic and technicaladvice to optimise asset performance and sustainability.

- Manage budgets, forecasts, andfinancial reporting.

- Oversee risk management, WHScompliance, and contractor engagement.





- Conduct regular inspections andimplement emergency procedures.

- Procure and manage goods,services, and contractors in line with Knight Frank policies.
