Housed in the beautiful, historic and heritage listed Griffiths Tea building in Sydney’s Surry Hills, Chin Chin Sydney has its own unique personality and a menu that reflects of its own neighbourhood.

About the Opportunity

Chin Chin Sydney is looking for an experienced Supervisor to guide our FOH team. Ensure exceptional guest service from the moment guests walk in to the moment they leave the venue. An individual who is passionate in delivering service improvements and ensure FOH crew are trained accordingly.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- Demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor (or above) in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods




- Organisational and time management skills
- Exemplary leadership with focus on developing crew for growth opportunities
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and hunger to accelerate your career
- Ability and desire to mentor and lead others
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift
