The Opportunity A rare and high-impact opportunity for a Clinical Director of Orthopaedic Surgery to lead and shape a high-performing service within the Wide Bay.
This is a senior leadership role combining clinical excellence, strategic influence, and service development, ideal for an experienced Orthopaedic Surgeon seeking to step into (or further develop) an executive‑level position.
You will provide expert clinical and strategic leadership, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality orthopaedic and trauma services while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
