The Opportunity An exciting leadership chance for a Deputy Clinical Director – Obstetrics & Gynaecology to join Mildura Base Public Hospital.
This senior position combines clinical practice with strategic leadership, offering the chance to support and shape a growing Women’s Health service while advancing your leadership career.
Working closely with the Clinical Director, you will contribute to clinical governance, workforce management, education, and service development, while continuing to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Features 0.3 FTE Clinical Support Time (CST) dedicated to leadership and non-clinical responsibilities

The Role You Will
Support the Clinical Director in
leading Obstetrics & Gynaecology services
Contribute to
clinical governance, quality improvement, and service planning
Provide supervision, mentoring, and teaching to
junior medical staff
Deliver
consultant-level clinical care
across obstetrics and gynaecology
Play a key role in
workforce development and departmental growth
