As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll define and lead HBF's growth marketing strategy, driving member acquisition, market share and commercial performance across every stage of the customer journey as we expand our national presence.

You'll combine strategic thinking with data driven decision making to develop compelling propositions, optimise marketing investment and deliver integrated campaigns that create measurable business impact. Working closely with senior leaders across Marketing, Product, Digital and Member Experience, you'll translate business priorities into growth strategies that strengthen HBF's position in an increasingly competitive market.

Leading a high performing team of growth marketing specialists, you'll foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous optimisation while identifying new opportunities to reach, engage and convert future members. This role is available in either Perth or Melbourne.

Your day to day

Defining HBF's growth marketing strategy to drive member acquisition, market share and commercial performance

Leading integrated acquisition campaigns across digital, offline and emerging channels to maximise business outcomes

Leading developing compelling propositions, offers and go-to-market strategies that drive sustainable growth

Optimising marketing investment, media mix and campaign performance using data, customer insights and experimentation

Partnering with Product, Digital, Commercial and Member Experience teams to deliver seamless customer journeys

Building and developing a high performing Growth Marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continuous improvement

About you You're a commercially minded marketing leader who thrives on delivering measurable growth. You combine strategic thinking with solid analytical capability and know how to turn customer insights into marketing strategies that drive acquisition and long-term value.





With experience managing significant marketing budgets and investment decisions you have a deep understanding of customer acquisition, performance marketing, campaign optimisation and go-to-market strategy.

Whether you're shaping investment decisions, influencing executive stakeholders or leading high-performing teams, you're comfortable balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

You'll also bring:

Extensive leadership experience in growth, performance or commercial marketing within a complex organisation

Experience delivering customer acquisition and measurable return on marketing investment

Experience leading integrated marketing strategies across digital, traditional and third-party channels
