About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Change Manager to join a major enterprise transformation program delivering a new core insurance platform. This large-scale initiative will modernise business operations, improve customer outcomes, and deliver significant change across people, processes, and technology.

We're looking for a hands-on Change Manager who thrives in complex environments and enjoys partnering with business leaders and project teams to drive successful change outcomes. You'll play a key role in ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption across multiple program releases.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end change management activities across a large transformation program.
- Develop and execute change strategies and plans aligned to program objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and drive business readiness activities.
- Create and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and change plans.
- Design and coordinate learning and capability uplift initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders, project teams, and SMEs to support successful adoption.
- Monitor change effectiveness through readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and reporting.
- Support implementation, hypercare, and embedding of recent ways of working.




- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You'll bring:

- 5+ years' experience delivering end-to-end organisational change within large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs, including platform implementations, system integrations, digital transformation, data migration, or operating model change.
- Experience working with customer-facing and operational business teams across multi-release programs.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness, and learning.
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and measuring adoption using established change metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Practical experience applying recognised change methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR.
- A collaborative, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Previous experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
