Transformation Project Manager

6-Month Contract | Perth CBD + Hybrid Working | $120 + Super Per Hour

An exciting opportunity is available for a business-focused Transformation Project Manager who combines strong delivery capability with exceptional people leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are seeking a transformation leader who can influence, coach and facilitate change across the business while providing strong project delivery expertise. Success in this position will be measured as much by your ability to build trust, engage stakeholders and bring people on the journey as it will by the successful delivery of project milestones.

Your New Role

You will lead a portfolio of interconnected transformation initiatives focused on improving organisational capability, culture, technology and operating models. Working closely with business leaders, delivery partners and key stakeholders, you will drive meaningful change while ensuring strong governance, planning and perks realisation.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- Proven experience leading complex business transformation programs within large organisations.
- Experience with technology project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead through relationships rather than formal authority.
- Solid people leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and stakeholder engagement.




- Experience managing a portfolio of interrelated initiatives rather than a single standalone project.
- A track record of establishing and measuring benefits realisation outcomes.
- Strong project governance, planning, risk and financial management capabilities.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, evolving priorities and complex stakeholder environments while maintaining delivery momentum.
- High levels of emotional intelligence, self-awareness and a collaborative leadership style.
- Experience across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or similar project management certification. Change management qualifications such as Prosci will be highly regarded.
- Experience delivering People & Culture-anchored change initiatives, such as workforce strategy, organisational design, culture change, capability uplift, performance frameworks or operating model transformation is desirable.
