An exceptional opportunity exists for an accomplished Chief Operating Officer to join a private equity-backed multi-site health services organisation that is early in its growth journey.

Reporting to the CEO and Board, the COO will play an integral role in shaping the organisation's future. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategic direction while leading the execution required to deliver sustainable growth. You will be responsible for translating ambition into action, building the operational capability, systems, processes and people required to support a rapidly expanding healthcare business.

As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will develop and execute the operational strategy, establish a scalable, technology-enabled operating platform,



and drive operational excellence across a growing multi-site network. Equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the business, you will balance strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, leading initiatives, embedding best practice, and ensuring operational performance keeps pace with growth.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading dynamic, multi-site operations within healthcare or a similarly regulated setting. Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth organisation, together with expertise in operational transformation and technology enablement, will be highly regarded.
