ServiceNow Platform Development

- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, catalog items, workflows and portal capabilities.
- Build and maintain Service Portal, Employee Center, Service Catalog, ITSM and custom applications.
- Develop reusable platform components and standards.
- Deliver secure,



scalable and supportable solutions.

Front‑End & User Experience

- Design intuitive self‑service experiences.
- Create modern portal interfaces and service request journeys.
- Improve usability and adoption through thoughtful UX design.
- Build responsive forms, widgets and guided experiences.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and REST APIs, CyberArk, Jira, CMDB, SharePoint, identity systems and automation platforms.
- Build orchestration workflows and event‑driven integrations.
- Develop API standards and integration patterns.
- Create scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort.
- Produce high‑level and detailed solution designs.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture.
- Define reusable automation and workflow patterns.
- Provide architectural guidance to development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

- Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Communicate effectively with architects, engineers, product owners and business stakeholders.
- Present designs, roadmaps and solution options to leadership.
