The Role

We are seeking a passionate Senior Associate to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of matters in the areas of Wills and Estates Law, including:

- Wills, Powers of Attorney and Advance Care Directives
- Probate, Letters of Administration and contested grants
- Estate planning and contested estate matters (e.g., Part IV applications)
- Superannuation and death benefit nominations

What We're Looking For

Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA and 5+ years' of experience in the area of wills and estates law

Skills: Robust drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities

Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
