About the Role
The Senior Influencer Manager owns the end-to-end strategy, discovery, and execution of influencer and creator initiatives for a diverse regional client portfolio. This role requires an established, strategic leader who can manage high-value talent relationships while effectively translating campaign performance data into business insights. Operating full time in Australia, the position collaborates closely with integrated creative, media, and account teams, reporting directly into the Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the development and deployment of end-to-end creator and influencer campaigns aligned with clients' overarching business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution flow, including precise creator identification, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content management, and compliance auditing.
- Partner with media and analytics teams to engineer framework designs that integrate creator content seamlessly into paid distribution funnels.
- Evaluate campaign performance against strict brand metrics,
delivering comprehensive, data-driven post-campaign reports and strategic optimization strategies.
- Maintain direct accountability for project budgets, talent allocation, contract compliance, and licensing usage terms.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior external stakeholders regarding the shifting dynamics of the local creator economy and platform ecosystems.
- Guide and review the daily operational outputs of junior execution teams to maintain high standards of quality and deliverable compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience leading influencer marketing, social-first talent procurement, or creator relations initiatives.
- Comprehensive, current knowledge of the Australian influencer landscape, local regulatory frameworks, and content compliance standards.
- Strong, demonstrated capability in contract drafting, intellectual property usage negotiation, and financial budget management.
- Advanced analytical proficiency using industry-standard creator measurement and listening tools to extract actionable performance insights.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation-based communication skills tailored for senior brand stakeholders and executive audiences.
- Proven background managing cross-functional workflows inside structured creative agency, PR, or digital media corporate models.
