You’ll play a key role in driving high performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the State Director in executing the team’s strategic vision.**Your new opportunity**Based in Melbourne, you will take a lead role in service delivery, staff operations and business development across the commercial division.



You will be instrumental in maintaining a strong internal service culture and supporting the continued growth of the business in the region.Key responsibilities include:* Leading and promoting a client-focused team culture* Supporting and driving change initiatives that align with the team’s strategic direction* Developing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes* Providing mentoring and technical support to junior valuers, contributing to their growth and capability* Actively participating in business development and client engagement to grow market share**What sets you apart from the rest**You’re a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
