Responsibilities / Requirements

Skills/Experience:

- Extensive experience in complex ICT contract negotiations, especially for whole-of-government or large-scale software and cloud arrangements.
- Proven capabilities in market analysis, pricing benchmarks, and commercial and risk mitigation strategies, particularly with SSA vendors.
- Thorough understanding of Australian government procurement frameworks and probity obligations (which may include states and territory laws and procurement policies).
