Your Mobile Physio
City of Sydney
Part Time – 3 Days Per Week (Pathway to Full Time)
About Us
Your Mobile Physio is a growing community-based allied health provider across Western and South Western Sydney. We work across NDIS, Support at Home, WorkCover and private clients—delivering thoughtful, goal-driven physiotherapy directly in the environments where clients live and function.
We are not a quick-fix, passive treatment service.
We value clinical reasoning, strong foundations in movement science and therapists who enjoy solving complex problems.
About the Role
We are seeking a Mobile Community Physiotherapist to take over an existing caseload, working 3 days per week with opportunity to grow into full-time.
You will be treating a diverse mix of:
- NDIS participants
- Support at Home clients
- WorkCover cases
- Private clients
Presentations will range from:
- Neurological conditions
- Chronic pain
- Falls risk and balance impairments
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- MSK injuries
- Functional mobility limitations
This role suits a clinician who can combine strong MSK foundations with neurological rehabilitation principles to achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
Who This Role Is For
You are someone who:
- Enjoys thinking through complex cases rather than following a standard template
- Has solid hands‑on MSK skills and understands load management
- Is confident applying neurological rehabilitation principles
- Looks beyond simple exercise sheets or passive modalities
- Wants to improve mobility,
function and independence in real‑world environments
- Enjoys working autonomously but appreciates structured systems and team support
This is not a role for someone who prefers highly routine, clinic‑based treatments with predictable presentations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Delivering mobile physiotherapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings
- Designing progressive, goal‑focused rehabilitation programs
- Integrating strength, balance, neuro rehab and functional retraining
- Working collaboratively with families, support coordinators and case managers
- Maintaining clear, concise documentation using Splose
What We Provide
- Established caseload from commencement
- Dedicated admin team handling bookings, service agreements and invoicing
- Structured systems in Splose
- Supportive leadership and clinical guidance
- Company vehicle available for the right candidate, or kilometre reimbursement
- Flexible work structure
- Competitive hourly rate (part‑time employee)
Essential Requirements
- AHPRA registration (Physiotherapy)
- Current driver licence
- Working with Children Check
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in MSK and neurological rehabilitation
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in MSK and neurological rehabilitation, although exceptional current grad willing to learn also accepted
- Full working rights in Australia
- Community or home‑based physiotherapy experience preferred but not required
- NDIS experience preferred but not required
