Position Title: Senior Identity Engineer

Reports to: Head of Professional Services

Direct Reports: NIL

Location : Sydney

Role Purpose:

The Senior Identity Engineer is responsible for the hands‑on implementation, optimisation and operation of enterprise identity solutions across client environments.

This is a highly technical, delivery‑focused role that ensures identity platforms are secure, scalable, and operating effectively across hybrid and cloud ecosystems. The Senior Identity Engineer works closely with architects, delivery teams and clients to implement designs, stabilise environments, and continuously improve identity controls and integrations.

The role requires practical expertise across modern identity platforms and protocols, with strong capability in at least two of: CyberArk, Okta, Silverfort, Microsoft AD and Entra, and a willingness to upskill in CrowdStrike Identity.

When juggling all aspects of your role, “glass balls” need to be kept in the air and cannot be dropped. These are the absolute priorities that define success in your role:

- Deliver high‑quality identity engineering outcomes, ensuring implementations are secure, reliable and aligned to design and client requirements.
- Own identity platform performance and reliability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users or security.
- Implement strong identity controls, including authentication, access management and privileged access, aligned to Zero Trust principles.
- Drive automation and repeatability, improving scalability, consistency and efficiency across identity services.
- Resolve complex identity issues and incidents, taking ownership through to resolution with minimal disruption.
- Continuously build technical capability, particularly across modern identity tooling and CrowdStrike Identity.
