You’ll play a key role in

As a Senior Site Manager in our Sydney team, you’ll lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. This role offers the opportunity to work across challenging projects where precision, coordination and strong site leadership are essential to successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinate subcontractors and site teams in line with programme and project documentation
- Implement and monitor SHAPE EHSQ systems, policies and safety requirements on site
- Develop and manage construction programmes, delivery schedules and trade sequencing
- Monitor quality outcomes and manage defect minimisation throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain strong communication with project teams, clients and subcontractors

What you’ll bring





You’re an experienced construction leader who takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. You bring robust technical knowledge, leadership capability and a disciplined approach to safety, programme and quality.

Experience working within Tier 1 construction environments will be highly regarded, along with exposure to data centres, critical infrastructure or other technically complex projects.

- Trade qualification or tertiary building degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience within the building industry
- Extensive Site Management experience within commercial construction, ideally in fitout, refurbishment or current build projects
- Proven experience developing and managing construction programmes
- Strong ability to interpret drawings and specifications for buildability and accuracy
- Data centre or mission critical project experience highly regardedStrong leadership capability with the ability to mentor teams and build positive site culture
